Director of Product Marketing
Excellent growth opportunity with a financially well positioned Medical Device Company that is launching innovative technologies to market. Our client is searching for a Director of Product Marketing that can perform at both the strategic senior management level as well as tactical - roll up your sleeves level.
Ideal candidate will have traditional marketing/product management/branding experience from either medical device/consumer packaged goods (CPG)/ or the pharmaceutical industries with a proven track record of building up a portfolio. This is a highly visible position with opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all activities on the assigned brands including strategies, maintenance, forecasting, and trending.
- Identify expanding market opportunities.
- Effectively communicate and present strategies to senior management.
- Design and execute strategic marketing plans across the organization.
- Develop effective communication strategies.
- A strong leader responsible for:
- Training
- Mentoring
- Assessing the current status of the team
- Implement discipline and correcting bad habits
- Building a solid foundation & infrastructure
